Jiro Wang & Ariel Lin Sacrifice For Coke Ad

Sometimes you must sacrifice a little for good results.

Fahrenheit's Aaron Yan, Calvin Chen, and Jiro Wang and Ariel Lin arrived Hong Kong yesterday to shoot a new Coca Cola commercial together. They first shoot advertisement photos, then went to a hot pot restaurant for television commercial.

The four has to drink coke and while eating hot pot. Before official filming, Aaron and Calvin was "prepping" already---start eating. In fact, Aaron likes beef a lot that he ate 20 plates of hot pot beef that day.

While they enjoy food on the set, Jiro and Ariel were not doing so well. Jiro was tired from the busy schedule that he had a stomach flu. Even he had quit eating beef already, he broke the rule and had a taste that day, just for the commercial to look good.

Although she is afraid of eating spicy foods, but Ariel sacrificed herself this time. The professional actress ate lots of hot peppers on the set, making her had a stomachache at the end.

This red hot commercial the four shoot will appear on television during Chinese New Year.

Fahrenheit Tries to Get Through the Crowds in Airport

Sometimes you just want to get away from the crowds as soon as possible.

Fahrenheit's Jiro Wang, Calvin Chan, and Aaron Yan arrived Hong Kong yesterday to shoot the latest Coca Cola commercial. Fans had been waiting for their idols 3 hours before the flight lands. When the three finally walked out from the gate, fans held up their banners and cheered loudly immediately.

Because they were surrounded by hundreds of fans, the 3 Fahrenheit members were moving slowly. When they were near at the exit, Jiro suddenly ran ahead with Calvin, and of course their fans followed after them.

Wearing a mask and putting his hood over his head, Aaron couldn't catch up and was left behind. He decided to stand there and let fans take pictures of him. He also disclosed the missing Fahrenheit member Wu Zun is back to hometown Brunei.

In fact this time the 3 of them are shooting the second part of the commercial that Wu Zun already shoot with Ariel Lin. It's known the commercial would air during Chinese New Year next month.

Mainland China steals idols' fame, claims Wu Zun advertises circumcisions

Celebrity spokesperson fees often reach an outrageous 7 figure number, but if you "borrow their image", then it's free! Recently, netizens have found that a Mainland clinic has illegally taken Wu Zun's photo to advertise a circumcision procedure; and Hong Kong star Andy Lau's name has also appeared on ads selling salted ducks.

The more popular the celebrity, the higher revenue that their advertisements rake in. One of Mainland China's clinics found a liking to the well built, handsome and multi-talented Wu Zun, and privately attached his photo on the advertisements. At first glance, Wu Zun appears educated and professional with his glasses, but that image clashes with what he is promoting: a Korean style circumcision procedure. A blurb above his head states that it is "only 80RMB (360TWD)" to complete the surgery. Wu Zun was both angry and amused that his picture was used to advertise a procedure that he evidently did not agree to.

In Mainland China, celebrities' images being taken advantage of has happened so often it is considered the norm. Popular singer Andy Lau had similar occurrences. A 60 year old Andy Lau, who lived in the Mainland, sold salted ducks and sausages for a living, and had run his shop there since 1960. To protect his copyright, he used his own name to register the license, never imagining that he would run into a court battle with Andy Lau, who was suing him for reputation violation. The old man was very distraught, because his only error was having the same name as the huge star, and had to be involved in a court case.

Wu Zun attended the opening ceremony of Alfred Dunhill Hong Kong Home in Hong Kong. He returned to Taiwan yesterday. Many guests attended to the ceremony including Simon Yam and William Chan, etc. There were more than hundreds of fans already waiting for the arrival of their idol Wu Zun. Streets, bridges, and roads were crowded with fans. Around 8:10PM, Wu Zun finally arrived in the latest designs of Alfred Dunhill, and his fans kept screaming in high pitch. Some fans even leaned on the road signs to take pictures and didn't care about cars passing by.

Wu Zun praised the brand for being very generous in his so-so Cantonese, saying they gave him new outfits. He also remembered he and his dad went to shop in the brand's retail store. Asked did he buy clothes for his dad, he said: "I will share with him. We have similar bodies, he wears my clothes sometimes. (He fits? You're muscular) Daddy has muscle, too. His chest is bigger, because I don't have time to work out, he work out 3 or 4 days every week."

Wu Zun also disclosed he's looking at scripts and will film new commercials and dramas. As for Ethan Ruan is also popular in Hong Kong, whether he's afraid Ethan is stealing his limelight, Wu Zun said: "We have our own market, it's a good thing. We're both hardworking, should support him. (Did you watch 'Monga'?) Yes, when we met up last time, we said we will watch each other's movie." In addition, he and his company also donated for victims who are suffering from the earthquake in Qinghai. He will definitely attend to the relief event on the 26th if he's free.
