Navarrete was the great competitor in the part score of the evening gown competition & was the second best scorer in the swimsuit. Navarrete asked judges in the sense that the Web on young people & said it is an indispensable tool. Rima Faikh Miss USA, American Muslims first person to win the Miss USA, do not let the final round. Stefania Fernandez Miss Venezuela won the Miss Universe 2009.

Campbell won the Miss Universe friendliness. Miss Thailand won the Fonthip Watcharatrakul Miss Photogenic Universe and a second prize for best national costume. Fakih, an immigrant from Lebanon 24 years in Dearborn, Mich., invited celebrations among Arab-Americans when he won Miss USA. Pageant records are not detailed to show whether Fakih is the first Arab-American, Muslim or immigrant to win Miss USA.
