LET'S GIT DIS SITE ON AND POPPIN'

Hear we are again back with the second installment of my newsletter. Yesterday, I made Rusty Jabbz Blog official. I appreciate all the people who supported me last month with the prequal issues covering the election and post election coverage that was great. But politiks aint my thang its time to get down with the real knitty gritty and thats HIP HOP. Which started out in the park. Phat shout out to all my homies I've forward my site too I'll be waiting to hear your feedbacks soon.

Let's kick things off. Before I go any further wanna send a birthday shout out to Jigga my nigga, J-A-Y (HYPHEN) Z. Who's celebrating his 39th birthday today, Dec. 4th, 2008 and let all of us bow our head in prayer as we acknowledge the fallen hip hop souljahz. Souljahz like the son of Dr Dre, Andre Young Jr who lost his life a few months back. To Camu Tao who lost his back on May 25th 2008, dealin' with complications of cancer. To M. C. Breed, who recently lost his life Nov. 22nd, 2008 as well. Let us not forget the Underground King, Pimp C who lost his life last year on this date (12/4/08). So I ask for u all to show some love and bow ur heads briefly.
(Moment of Silence)

Welcome back, yesterday we delves into the reviews of Ludacris's brand new cd (Theaters of the Mind) and Q-Tip's brand new cd (The Renaissance). Today, I'm going to review The Gza's Protools lp and T.I's Paper Trail lp and so forth.

THE GZA-GENIUS "PROTOOLS"
[5 JABBZ]
How many emcees must git dissed? Well u will if u try 2 match skillz w/ this brutha. The Genius, the name fits and sells it
it w
ell thru out his triumphant career giving stella album classix such as, "The Words of a Genius", "Liquid Swords", "Beneath the Surface", "Legend of the Liquid Sword" and now back up to the plate w/ the 5th installment, "Protools". Protools an album that keeps up w/ the tradition of that original Gza and Wu Tang sound. Gza will alwayz deliver solid lyrics at least I hope so I can't see Gza crossing over to the other side. The lp packs a punch with hard hittin' producers such as of course The Rza and others like Dreddy Kruger, Mathematics, True Master, Bronze Nazareth, Black Milk, Jose Reynoso, Arabian Knight, Rock Marcy and J. Waxx Garfield comes with the best for the best. Not only did the producers bring the heat the guest emcees Masta Killa & Rza wearing out the lead on, "Pencil". Hip hop beware be very, very aware of Justice Allah, the seed of The Gza. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The Gza held it down for the past 20 years and established a mark on hip hop but Justice Allah will carry on tradition for the next generation of hip hop like father like son. Check out, Justice Allah exchange poison darts w/ his daddy. On the following songs, "Groundbreaking" and "Cinema". The album ends with a different angle, a live performance was provided with The Gza, Dreddy Kruger and The Fyre Dept puttin' it down at The Parish in Austin, Texas. So all u fake emcees claiming to be lyricist, its gonna take y' all years before y' all gain your PROTOOLS!

T. I. - "PAPER TRAIL"
[4.75 JABBZ]
Mr ATL, T. I. P. once again deliver a solid album but this time he put some stank on it. He funked up the album with realness, rawness, positivity and sensitivity a side of
T. I. I rarely see and I hope this aint all an act. You know the typical rappers thats about to go to jail and works on a last album which usually is suddenly positive, right before their prison sentence. NEWS FLASH: GUYS THEY HAVE HIP HOP POLICE THEY ALREADY KNOW THE TYPE OF EMCEE YOU ARE! Just stop it with this phony I' m changed act, this, that and the 3rd blah, blah, blah. With all that being said let's talk about Tip's best album I ever heard and I use that term tightly cuz I aint neva bumped a T. I. album in heavy rotation since this man been in existence. But I' am proud to say and write this review in honor and tons of compliments directed at T. I. Before I heard this cd I heard the mixtape version of Paper Trail and the mixtape was fire so I knew this album was gonna be a CRACK album. T. I. opened up this album on a good note with "56 Bars", "I'm Illy" and "Ready for Whatever" those 3 songs right thur' will make u wanna hear more of the album. On the otherhand there is track# 4, "On Top of the World" w/ his longtime rival Ludacris and B.O.B. T. I and Luda once battled for the KING OF THE SOUTH CROWN but both ended up wearing it gracefully and proudly aint no one iller. Luda and T. I. insync like peanut butter n jelly. Heads already know the rest, I mean this album been out for the past 3 months. I know heads done copped it and is enjoying it but I had to review this album. I couldn't review his former arch nemesis last night and not say anything about T. I. I aint even gonna say no more but imma end it like this though, T. I. you scored a big one with this and showed superb lyricism and talent but you still won't ever reach the equivalent of lyricism like the artist, I reviewed up above you. Nonetheless, you are still, "SERIOUS", TRAPping us with your MUZIK showing the real side of the "URBAN LEGEND", "KING" "T. I. always versing his alterego T. I. P. while staying on the "PAPER TRAIL" to success. This was a great one we'll see you in the 7th round.
