Myolie Wu Doesn't Dare to Go On iCable to Get Award

Myolie Wu, Chilam Cheung and Tavia Yeung attended TVB new series The Rippling Blossom promotional event. Myolie also has another series airing on i-Cable, reporters teased that it's possible for her to become i-Cable's TV Queen. Myolie laughed: "Then please mail it to me, I'll give my mailing address too." Just completed shooting a series with 'boyfriend' Bosco Wong, she will be going to the U.S for stage work with Kevin Cheng on Valentine's Day. Myolie said that she hopes to receive flowers on Valentine's Day, asked if she prepared a gift for Bosco? She expressed that she is just receiving, not giving.

Tavia Yeung made a special trip back to HK from Hengdian just to attend the promotion. Today she'll be flying back to Hengdian to continue shooting. As for TVB's new boss, she hopes that artists will have more opportunities to work outside of the company.

Favorite TVB Sitcom 2000-2010
TVB has produced many sitcoms throughout the years, and some of them are popular and well-known. Here I ask your favorite TVB sitcom the past 10 years. Without a doubt, Virtues of Harmony and War of the Genders. For Virtues of Harmony, personally, I'd been watching that on TV when I was little, so it was kinda a personal thing I guess. It's silly, but LOL. Who can forget War of the Genders, one of the TVB production with high ratings?

Selina Ren Settles Compensation Case

It is finally coming to an end.

After Selina Ren got injured from an explosive accident on filming set last October, the issue of compensation has been in talk with the filming crew. It was until last night the parties finally agreed on a settlement.

Agreed by the filming crew, the crew needs to pay fees on medical treatments, medical procedures including cosmetic surgeries, recovery (2 years), work absence (1 year), psychological and emotions counseling, treatment equipments, etc. The exact amount of fees is not disclosed due to the privacy policy signed by the companies. However, it is estimated to be at least $100 million.

Finally settling it down by Chinese New Year, the S.H.E member is very happy about it.

"Thank you for your concerns," she said. "The two men who love me [dad and fiance] can finally relax, and enjoy the new year. Not bad."

Selina's dad and fiance Richard Chang were present when signing the agreement settlement. Asked Richard whether he is satisfied with the results, he did not reply.

"This is not my decision, and it's not about my opinion. I don't know what I should say. Let's talk about it when I know what I should say."

Chen Ming Zhang, director of the drama Selina was filming, hopes everyone can let Selina and Yu Hao Ming, the other member who got injured from the accident, to rest. However, he did not comment whether he would go visit the two in the future.
